Vue Entertainment Soon to Unveil ‘The Future of Cinema’ at Westfield London

The UK’s biggest and most technologically advanced, fully digital, 14 screen multiplex cinema, Vue Westfield, has only two weeks to go until its official opening at Europe's biggest urban shopping centre, Westfield London in West London.

On Friday 12th February 2010, the stunning multimillion pound Vue cinema will open its doors to the public, marking a major milestone in the future of UK cinema. Vue Westfield will be the largest fully digital cinema in Europe equipped with the very latest in digital projection technology offering customers far greater film choice than ever before all delivered to the highest possible standards of picture and sound quality. With 82,360 sq ft of cinema space, 14 wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling fully stadium seated screens, including 5 3D enabled screens and almost 3,000 ultra comfortable seats; this is Vue Entertainment’s most ambitious development to date.

Vue Westfield is set to become London's first choice premier film destination, offering a range of brand new cinema experiences under one roof. These will include SCENE, offering three screens of premium luxury for those seeking a more indulgent cinema experience, and VueXtreme, large-format screens offering customers a ‘super-sized’ sound and vision experience.

SCENE encompasses high-end interior design, concierge service, cloak room, a private lounge and bar and three luxurious auditoriums with spacious, ultra-comfortable specially designed reclining seats. SCENE will deliver a premium, luxury experience for pleasure seeking cinema-goers aged 18 and over.

Vue Westfield will also boast two super sized gigantic screens with enhanced digital surround sound, each the size of four double decker buses! Under the name, ‘VueXtreme’ is aimed at those seeking the most thrilling, all-immersive, big scale cinema experience.
