The new line of jewels by Gianni De Benedittis for Maison Gattinoni

Gianni De Benedittis, from the futuroRemoto brand, winner of the Who is on Next? competition (Alta Roma e VOGUE Italia), is at his third collaboration with the maison in Rome.
Necklaces, bracelets, but especially earrings depicts his new line of jewels called Neographies, created by Gianni De Benedittis for his new haute couture autumn-winter 2010/2011 collection by Guillermo Mariotto from Maison Gattinoni, that the next July 12th will be presented at the Casino dell’Aurora in Palazzo Pallavicini, in Rome.
Refined golden and silver objects, big in size but extremely light in weight, seducing elaborations of geometric plane and three-dimensional forms, obtained with the expert use of original weaves and curtains of threads, fixed or suspended, moving sticks, ready to follow the vibration of any movements.
All these elements mark a modern interpretation of ethnic in the use of significant architectural details, as expression of the different cultures of our planet. Melting elements, determining unusual profiles and creating kinetic effects of vision and perception of the light transcending the constructed object to become an exercise and game of mental comprehension.
Centre-pieces of the collection, the Meter-Ring, a real technical measurement instrument, realised in gold with five of carats of diamond, symbol of evolution and aspiration to grow; and the Lipstic Holder Ring, in gold with three carats of rubies, standing for the new style of absolute minimalism of manager women who want to do without the smallest dutch bag.
