Calvin Klein wonen's runway show in New York

Calvin Klein Collection presented his Spring 2013 Calvin Klein Collection on the runway at the company’s New York headquarters earlier this afternoon. The runway show was also streamed live on-line and can currently be viewed at calvinklein.com.

Mr. Costa presented his latest collection to an audience which included special guests Amy Adams, Diane Kruger and Emma Stone – all of whom were wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection looks designed by Mr. Costa.

The Spring 2013 women’s Calvin Klein Collection was drawn from an ongoing, globally driven conversation on feminine beauty. Continuing from fall, the collection featured hourglass silhouettes focusing on the bust and waist. This season, a sensuous shadow effect occurred throughout, from the compressed draping and textural weaves to the soft palette of whites, pale yellow and blue – all paired back to timeless black. Looks were complemented by a chiseled platform with an intricate heel reflecting crushed jewelry. A modern clutch with the house’s signature minimal, yet luxurious aesthetic was also introduced.  

There were eight exclusive models in the runway show, including Antonina, who both opened and closed the show, Stephanie, Dajana, Natasha, Alexandra, Josephine, Margita and Ella Richards. This was the runway debut for Ms. Richards, daughter of Marlon Richards and Lucie de la Falaise. Ms. de la Falaise was also in attendance and wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection.
