Lightness and multifunctionality with a flourish of glamour, projecting an easygoing contemporary style.
That’s Manilla Grace, which for its 2018/2019 Autumn-Winter season enhances its Bags collection with new ideas and original models boasting a striking personality. Every accessory is conceived to accompany all the outfits at any time of day, playing the role of a dynamic and extraordinarily versatile companion.

The new champion illuminating Manila Grace’s Bags range is the highlight of the 2018/2019 Fall-Winter collection: “Clica Bag”.
Presented in preview at Pitti Immagine Uomo 93, the latest bag creation by the Italian brand is shaping to become its new “must have”. Its bucket-shaped form is both functional and trendy, while perfectly interpreting the brand’s uniquely blended casual but original style.

Available in big and small variants, “Clica Bag” is embellished by a heat-stamped Manila Grace logo and comes in velvet, eco – patent leather and eco – suede. Highlighting its assertive personality is a bold colour palette ranging from intense Ruby and Ochre to more powdery shades of Lavender and Sky Blue, and on to the darker tones of Petroleum and Barolo.

Another protagonist of the 2018-2019 F/W collection will be the “Felicia Bag”, the cult Manila Grace performer that in recent years has become an easy-chic best seller, a star-turn both for playing down sophisticated looks and adding a touch of drama to daywear-mood statements.

For Autumn/Winter 2018-2019, the iconic Tote Felicia – in large, medium and small incarnations – will be accompanied by an array of shapes including hobo, satchel, shoulder bags and crossbodies, plus small leather items and also separately sold shoulder straps that can be fitted on all the collection’s models.

The result is a galaxy of chromatic effects designed to offer endless interplays and matches, conjuring dynamically with classic chill winter tones here, bright warmth there and metallic glimmers nearly everywhere. Materials offer further variables, often startling, like the metallic deer-effect leather, the python print and a range of matt or metallic eco-leathers. Not to mention – after its rousing success in the previous collection – the eco-python offer, in bright new shades.

Taking their cue from their summer success are the autumnal “Felicia Bag Icons”, in just 6 eco-leather models, here boldly decorated with motifs and prints evoking cult items from the Manila Grace garment collection.

Another novelty destined to extend the Manila Grace Bags repertoire in future editions is “Fosca”, a glamorous crossbody that makes a perfect eye-catching gift. Geometrically designed, this little cube makes a sparkling accessory for glittering occasions or festive holidays, especially in its velvet variants, whether classic, embroidered or in stripes, glitter and sequins.

To complete the 2018-2019 Autumn-Winter Bags line come two series of downright daywear mood models: “Soft Pelle”, the hard-handle leather bag for work and free time use, and the “Ecopelle Collection”, faux leather bags whose generous internal compartments make them dependable companions.

A touch of everyday light-heartedness animates the “Soft Pois” series, whose polka-dot tempests on ecoleather create an interplay of contrasts between the cuts and overlaps in its Sack and Shopping Bag models. The same contraposition is played out in the “Soft Python” line, which exudes a special individualistic glamour through metallic prints. A basic but lively mood is highlighted in the “Fibbia” – or Buckle – models, whose metallic buckle feature creates gathered folds on handles and shoulder-straps, emphasising the softness of the calfskin.
