Noon by Noor designers Shaikha Noor Rashid Al-Khalifa & Haya Shaikha Al-Khalifa showed their collection for the fourth time at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, presenting their Fall 2014 collection in the new SALON venue at Lincoln Center.

The show featured music by The Misshapes, hair by Jorge Luis  for PRIVE, make up by Neil Young for MAC Cosmetics and nails by  Cinnamon Bowser for Zoya.

For Fall 2014, nNoon by Noor - fw 2014ature was referenced as the starting point for the collection.
The beautiful colors and unique markings in minerals and crystals inspired the designers to look at patterns found in the natural environment.
Cloud formations, crystalline structures and geometric patterns seen in minerals are translated into the brand’s signature prints.

The color palette is awash with ice blue, cool mint , mauve, navy , burgundy and vanilla with pops of yellow, chartreuse and royal purple.

Texture is explored by combining felt and faux fur, chiffon and heavy crepe as well as leather and felt. Neoprene, waffle wool, mohair and a houndstooth jacquard wool also add to the textured effect.
Experimenting with the oversized silhouette introduced in Pre Fall, voluminous coats, culotte pants and sweatshirts juxtapose straight dresses , inspired by the 1920s garcon look.

Luxurious outerwear is realized in the form of a mauve felt and beige faux fur loose coat as well as a striking embellished black eve ning coat .

Hints of masculine tailoring balance sporty, effortless daywear.

This season the designers expand their eveningwear repertoire, focusing on exquisite detail and unexpected fabric combinations.

Dresses are adorned with intricate embellishments, delicately scattered on tops or cascading down tiered gowns to dramatic effect.
