For ski enthusiasts and lovers of winter vibes, Milan presents The ORGANICS SkyGarden, located on the 13th floor of the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, transforming into The ORGANICS Winter Garden, an urban alpine retreat right in the city center.
From December 7th to January 31st, the Milanese terrace metamorphoses, offering an experience reminiscent of ski resorts. Nestled among the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova and the Bosco Verticale, The ORGANICS Winter Garden conjures up an atmosphere akin to the mountains.
Decorations inspired by vintage skiing, large braziers, plaid blankets, and wooden furnishings evoke alpine structures. A vintage cable car has been repurposed into a cozy lounge for savoring artisanal cocktails.
The cuisine, curated by Chef Guglielmo Giudice of the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, features dishes inspired by mountain cooking. DJs and artists will perform at a unique station: a console set in a cable car.
The Winter Garden showcases a winter scene, complete with snowy ferns and lichens, twinkling lights, and garlands. For a memento of the visit, guests can take photos in a salle de bain framed by a ski goggle-shaped border.
