This time around, the Weekend Max Mara iconic butterfly is interpreted by Cecilia Carlstedt, a Swedish illustrator who integrates hand drawing with fluid mediums, and who has lent her artistic touch to many fashion brands.
Available in three colors – light green, baby blue, and ivory, each sweater is distinguished by a different artistic butterfly whose fil rouge is a feminine lightness and inventive elegance.
The butterfly intarsia is finely woven into the knits together with the word Weekenders, which is spelled out in caps over the pretty butterflies.
