Tiramisu is one of the world’s most beloved desserts, and for good reason. The combination of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, mascarpone cream, and bitter cocoa powder is a symphony of flavors and textures.

But why settle for the usual tiramisu when you can create such delicious variations? In this recipe, we’ll show you how to make the classic tiramisu, as well as three variations that will surprise you: lemon tiramisu, strawberry tiramisu, and chocolate tiramisu. With these variations, tiramisu will no longer just be a dessert for special occasions, but a true delicacy to enjoy at any time.

Ingredients:

250 gr mascarpone
4 eggs
100 gr sugar
500 ml coffee
250 gr ladyfingers
Bitter cocoa powder
Preparation:

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until it reaches a frothy consistency.
Add the mascarpone to the bowl and mix gently until you get a homogeneous mixture.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add them to the mascarpone mixture.
In a shallow dish, place a layer of ladyfingers quickly soaked in coffee.
Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream and sprinkle with bitter cocoa powder.
Continue alternating layers of ladyfingers and cream until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of cream.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Variation 1: Lemon tiramisu

Replace the coffee with lemon juice and add grated lemon zest.

Variation 2: Strawberry tiramisu

Replace the coffee with a strawberry puree and add fresh strawberries cut into small pieces in the mascarpone cream.

Variation 3: Chocolate tiramisu

Add 100 gr of melted dark chocolate to the mascarpone and replace the coffee with warm milk.
