Lights and colors, the Christmas Magic of Dior spreads with fabulous trees and dreamlike decorations in Rome and Milan. A crescendo of poetry.

In the magical setting of the festive season, Dior unveils a world of exclusive decorations, a tribute to the Dior 2024 cruise line designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri. It is a poetic journey that celebrates the beauty of cultures, a hymn to the excellence of Mexican savoir-faire, manifesting in spaces of extraordinary beauty, where originality merges with spectacle, promising an experience that touches the soul.

Enveloping the refined showcases, a couture mesh, transparent and delicate like a dream, a weaving of savoir-faire that dances between threads and embroideries, tells stories of skilled hands and artistic visions. At the heart of these spaces, installations that capture the gaze: a lush tree of life, majestic butterflies appearing to dance towards the sky, evocations of nature becoming art, thoughts flown from the creative mind of Pietro Ruffo for the sparkling Mexico City runway.

In this scenario, where enchantment marries pure elegance, every corner is a stage where pieces of furniture, kissed by subtle hues and the eternal glow of gold, narrate the timeless story of Dior. Women’s dresses and accessories, fruits of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s genius, are unveiled in a theater of breathtaking backdrops, now a vortex of butterflies, now the majestic image of a Monarch, a messenger of stories that traverse the world to Mexico, the stage of dreams.

In this homage to the history and legacy of the Maison, luminous sculptures of Bobby, Christian Dior’s faithful companion, join the men’s creations of Kim Jones, in a dialogue between past and present. The jewels of Victoire de Castellane shine as protagonists in fairy-tale settings, small theaters where every detail is an ode to virtuosity, a hymn to the art that has always animated the Maison.

This scenography, seemingly straight out of a dream, exalts the iconic addresses of the Maison, Milan and Rome, the latter being the cradle and muse of Maria Grazia Chiuri, Creative Director of the women’s collections.

In the Dior boutique, a couture fabric, light as a breath and transparent as crystal, speaks the language of artisanal poetry. And in the heart of the emblematic Piazza di Spagna, a monumental Christmas tree, a gentle giant over fifteen meters tall, stands as the guardian of an enchantment. Decorated with a ribbon bearing the signature “Christian Dior Around the World”*, and adorned with over seven hundred golden butterflies, it guards among its branches the most irresistible fragrances, like Miss Dior and L’Or de J’adore, olfactory creations by Francis Kurkdjian, becoming jewels for the senses. And at the top, a star, a symbol of good fortune, illuminates this wonderful vision, a wish of magic and beauty for the world.
